Repositioned a founder-led startup into the UK's first fully gluten-free fast food brand, ready for investment and scale.

The challenge

Sonny's had a bold vision — to become the UK's first 100% gluten-free fast food chain — but the brand didn't yet reflect that ambition. The existing identity felt founder-led rather than investor-ready, and there was no cohesive set of materials to support fundraising, social media consistency, or customer engagement at scale.

What we did

We partnered with Sonny's to help shape their bold vision into a business that looks and feels ready to scale. Our work focused on refining their existing brand to feel more confident and consumer-facing, supported by social media templates that ensure consistency as they grow. We designed and built a brand new website that brings the Sonny's experience to life — a fully responsive build that serves as a dual-purpose tool for both customers and investors. To support fundraising efforts, we also redesigned the investor deck, clearly laying out the business opportunity, market context and exit strategy in a way that speaks directly to investor priorities. We also created mock-ups of future stores and product packaging to help visualise the brand's full potential.
