Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can seamlessly integrate into our team and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have their finger on the pulse of all things social media and possess a deep understanding of various platforms, trends, and best practices (we need you to identify trends and changes early and adapt quickly).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.
Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or relative Diploma qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Studies or related field.
5+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Strong Copywriting skills
Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign management is a plus.
