As we expand our global reach, we are seeking a results-driven SEO/Paid Ads Specialist based in South Africa to join our remote team on an ongoing contract basis.
Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and creative SEO/Paid Ads Specialist who can deliver real results. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns, while also driving organic growth through effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, including site audits, link-building strategies, and performance optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Proven track record of improving organic rankings and running profitable ad campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is a strong plus.
